Sometimes there is a safe, simple check while we are on the way. If it is urgent, you will be told honestly.

Step 3. Same-day attendance and repair.

Our aim is to reach you the same day, often within a few hours, depending on your location and the time you call. The van carries tools and common parts, so once on site the fault is found and, in most cases, repaired on the first visit. If a part needs ordering, the system is made safe and a quick return is booked.
