Fixed cooling is the line that matters

SEER is a seasonal efficiency figure for cooling, and the Product Characteristics Database (PCDB) is a source of product performance data used in assessment work. A system with clear model information, sensible controls and a defined cooled area is easier to assess properly than an installation with missing details.
